Mark was our realtor when we bought our home and he was so straightforward, had so much hustle, and really went the extra mile, so when it was time to sell that home of course we called him! He goes above and beyond- keeping an eye on the property when we moved out, facilitating various inspections and connecting us with handymen and contractors when needed, and he's a great communicator, responsive and thorough. Mark was absolutely fantastic to work with when I sold my home. He was personable, knowledgable, smart, and always thinking a step ahead. Unloading a house during a global pandemic, divorce, and other miscellaneous chaos could easily have been a nightmare, but because of Mark's expertise, hard work, and kind demeanor, the process was smooth and efficient. I had never sold a property before, and Mark was great at explaining anything I ever had a question about, from preparing the house to go on the market to choosing among the many offers I received.Mark was new to this career when I worked with him, but it was very apparent that he's incredibly well-suited to real estate. Mark helped me out tremendously thru the whole home buying process. From the first couple houses I looked at, he paid attention to the types of things I was looking for in a home. He learned my preferences and would take the time to send me houses he thought I'd like.Mark was on the ball with any questions I had from the offer process thru closing. He was always available and promptly helped me with anything I needed. He came thru with a great recommendation for a lawyer.
