As my dad’s health was declining, it was clear my family needed to place him in Assisted Living. We realized this would also require us to endure the burden of selling his house. I called Mike, and he met with me the very next day to put together a game plan. By the end of our meeting we had a timeline and plan of attach in the works. He place the house on the market at the timeline that we agreed upon. Prior to that he made arrangements to stage the house, referred us to a painter, electrician and mover, whom were all great to work with. The house was listed on a Friday, and over a 3 day Holiday Weekend we had multiple offers above asking price. We were able to close in approximately 3 weeks. Mike made the process easy and quick, which was a godsend to my dad and our family.
